If anyone is interested, here is a good off-line racing league using the old ICR2 sim from Papyrus.
They will be running the complete CART schedule for 2002!

Hey Indy. I used to race the ICR2 game. great fun. I have since moved onto the EAsports F1 2001. Awesome game. Still getting a handle on that one. Not sure I could get the old ICR2 game to run anymore.
"Treat the earth well: it was not given to you by your parents, it was loaned to you by your children. We do not inherit the Earth from our Ancestors, we borrow it from our Children." Ancient Indian Proverb :)
There are still a few of us die-hards out there running ICR2.Originally posted by Otto:

I have Windows 98SE on my computer and the old ICR2 games runs great.
Do you play Grand Prix Legends? That is an awesome game!
It would be nice if someone would come out with a new CART sim along the lines of F1 2001!
Have y'all tried CART Heat? or IRL Heat? There add on mod's for Nascar Heat.
John Bodin (IRL Crew member if i'm not mistaken) did most, if not all the work on these mod's.
Really awsome.
Also, I believe there is a CART add on modification for F1 2000CS or F1 2001, so check the web, or rec.autos.simulators usenet newsgroup.
