Well, if any of you are ever in my neighborhood(Rochester MN) and truely want the darn bestest loins in the land then I have the place for you!!

It's called Cheap Charlies. 1/2 the place is a little old diner built off the front of an old house. They needed more room so they knocked out a few doors and put additional seating in a room in the house!!!! You will know "Cheapies" as we call it, because there is a HUGE PIG on the roof!!!

Hoping to provide adequate sustenance for the Dr. Who marathon on television this past weekend, I purchased a so-called tenderloin deluxe sandwich from a downtown Indianapolis pizza place.

    Worst tenderloin ever!

You should never buy a tenderloin at a pizza place, just as you should never buy a pizza at a tenderloin place!

I will have you all know that I just got back from lunch at a local Minneapolis sports bar and even though they had a tenderloin on the menu, I passed. I want my first tenderloin to be enjoyed in Indianapolis and hopefully with the smell of methanol in the air.

Such self-restraint, all in the name of the beloved tenderloin. Like saving himself for marriage...

It was a place called Robbie's...

I got mustard, ketchup, mayo, onions and pickles on a perfectly cooked breaded tenderloin...

    Good sh1t...

Wow. the food that just won't die! I posted in this thread about a week ago and it is still going strong. Anybody ever put a 'loin out in the sun to see how long it would last? I wonder if it would hang as long as this thread?

I had a tenderloin at the Flag Room this evening. It was pretty good. Lee Brayton,Al Unser Sr.,Mac, Dr. Who and a host of others enjoyed the films this evening. I did notice that at least 60% of the patrons were eating breaded tenderloins

I believe this thread may be giving the biggest boost ever to the hammered fried pig's butt industry ever! You can buy pork bellies at the commodities exchange. Can you buy pig's butt?

Kinda hard to get a tenderloin pounded out to the shape of Indiana, however if it was the size of P.P.'s head one would be about full by the time they got to the bun.

Speaking of tenerloins, I had one at Anderson Speedway Sunday. The aroma was quite heavenly with the blend of frying tenderloins and spent methanol wafting through the air. BTW the tenderloin truck almost always had a line all afternoon.

    Hmm, 230 posts...

...does this make IRL fans rubes?

T-Loins are so good that most people don't mind that buzzing feeling their tongue gets from eating them while they are still to hot from the grease because they can't wait to dive in!!!!!!

Why isn't the tenderloin on the Indiana quarter? I think we need to make a change before it comes out, so all of America can feel the joy of Indiana with a tenderloin in their pocket!

Because it would hang over the edge of the quarter by at least a half an inch.

Hey, that's strange! There's a great place in Huntington (IN) for tenderloins called Nick's! Can't be a franchise. . . the guy in Huntington has only 3 locations and they ain't that far south!
