Where will IPS teams setup shop at Indy?
Will teams that run both types of cars be allowed to use their IndyCar garages when others are working under awnings?

Ain't engine competition grand?
Probably have to work out of the trailers...I'd bet that's not much of a change to the norm...
Perhaps one row of garages will be set aside for them, but since they're only there for a few days during the month, they're not going to get top billing...
What about the F1 garages, alot of space there and open for fans to watch some of the goings on?

I am going to try to go to the track tomorrow to watch the IPS practice.
Dick Ralstin - Barney Oldfield - AJ Foyt - Jim Clark - Dan Gurney - IMS - IMS YT - INDYCAR - INDYCAR YT
For the test they have garages but I do not know if the guys knew where they get to put the cars during May. Most of the teams normally worked from a tent by the haulers. All I know is the Foyt guys left their garage open when they left today after 5pm. I found that out when I was still there when they sent one of the guys back to close it and I was still at Gate 2.![]()
If you've seen in past years, in May & August, they use those for other things...they make one into a gift shop, one into a beer stand, one is concessions, one to display the 2-seater, and the rest are reserved to be used as a hospitality 'village.'Originally posted by stymie:

I did not think to ask this question when I was in the garage area. Doh.
I heard that the IPS teams will be working out of their transporters.
