Why no race at Richmond

Just out of curiosity...I'm sure there's a reason...but how come there's no IPS race at Richmond?

I would assume it's because they already have the Silver Crown race there this weekend. They could probably work an IPS race into the weekend schedule, but Richmond may have issues with space.

Have you seen how these guys bounce off the walls? There's only a dozen of 'em now. If they raced at Richmond, they'd be down to a handful.

Actually, I think a driver could learn more by running a Silver Crown car at Richmond than an IPS car. 100 laps to learn how to conserve your tires for the end, dealing with a car that changes as the fuel burns off, ect.
