at Hendricks, Rousch's youngsters, Penske's new folks, it is just going to take a whole lot of right rear spring and/or tuning off of the right rear for a long time coming.

The existing teams/drivers that continue to struggle with that notion and continue to try a "balanced car" are going to be left in the dust.

Doesn't the new softer side-wall tire cater to that? Or is my thinking way off the mark?
