    Jay Woodside passed away tonight

    I am writing this difficult e-mail with a heavy heart to say that my friend Jay Woodside passed away tonight at 11:30 p.m.
    Please pray for him on his journey and for the family.
    He was a great man.

    Marty, I am feeling your hurt. Our Lord allowed Jay to spend Christmas with Pat and then took him from his suffering. May he Rest in Peace and may God be with Pat and the remaining family and their friends during this difficult time.

    Thoughts and prayers go to the Woodside family. From all I've heard from Rich, and from what I've read, Jay was a prince among men.

    Condolences.

    I am not familiar with jay's accomplishments. Could someone enlighten me, as it is apparent I should know more about him than I do.
