Official Freedom 100 entry list is out

19 cars on the list (as of right now).

Rocky Moran Jr listed as driver of the #27 AFS car.

TBA listed as driver of the other AFS car (#25).

Pancho's youngest son, Cole, is listed as the driver of the #77 entry from a new team.

Some Indian guy (with the last name Husain) is driving the Genoa car.

No Hemelgarn 2nd car. No Foyt car. No 2nd Vision car.

19 entries and just 2 guys with USAC experience. This series still needs a LOT of work (and a LOT of changes).

"I'd hire your grandmother, if she brought a budget"- Bankrupt Indy Car team owner Tyler Tadevic, to Curt Cavin in December, on the tough standards he looks for when "hiring" driver talent.

Good call. I totally spaced Gregg. Herb did run some USAC races, but wasn't exactly a standout.

I like Gregg and hope that he and Lucas Oil can move up to the IRL next year. He seems like he has a good head on his shoulders and is pretty talented.

The series still has a lot of growing to do and big changes are going to have to be made to get where they need to get. We should have more entries and better entries than we have now (it is year 4, right?).

Where the hell are the Chesson's?

Finally, someone to cheer for and brings some life to the series and they get the axe. Openwheel owners need to remove their head out of their asses.

Even if PJ can land a ride and ride around at least he would get exposure. I'm going to Indy this year for the first time and was looking forward to watching him. You can still put on a show, even if it isn't for first.

PJ, get a ride, anything, and try to sell merchandise and build up a fanbase. A "donut king T-Shirt" would be cool.

A fanbase is power! Build it, use it.

I may be a bit biased, but I think the #77, Cole Carter will well worth being cheered for.

I agree with you Toonces....on the bias part and most definitely on Cole being one to watch in the 77 American Revolution Racing car!
