The Indy Concours is Saturday, downtown on Monument Circle, from 10am - 7pm.

There's also the memorabilia show at the convention center from 10am - 9pm.
Other than that, I don't have details on any other events unfortunately.

The website www.usgpindy.com has a complete event schedule for what's going on at IMS.
As is the case every year, I'm confused about what time zone the schedule is in. The site is on EST (one hour ahead of us), there is some mention of SPEED programming at EDT (is this local time?) and no mention on the schedule itself of what zone it's in.
Can someone shed some light on this? Or, I can just go to the track and see what happens when.

You're as confused as I.....I'm just heading out to the track at 7:30 a.m. (Indy time) and just winging it.

The Indianapolis 500 has taken place annually on the oval track since 1911, except during America’s involvement in world wars in 1917-18 and 1942-45. A multimillion-dollar construction project started in December 1998 and completed in September 2000 included a 2.605-mile road circuit, a new Pagoda control tower, Formula One garages and a four-story Media Center.
The Indianapolis Motor Speedway is the largest spectator sporting facility in the world. The Speedway plays host to three of the largest-attended sporting events in the world: The Indianapolis 500-Mile Race, the Allstate 400 at the Brickyard and the United States Grand Prix, which set a modern-day attendance record for the Formula One series in 2000.

The road circuit incorporates portions of the famed 2.5-mile oval. Formula One competitors drive on the short chute between Turns 1 and 2 of the oval, through Turn 1 of the oval and then down the front straightaway of the oval before entering the infield portion of the circuit just before Turn 4 of the oval. Formula One drivers drive clockwise on the course.
Last Year:
Michael Schumacher won the United States Grand Prix by 2.9 seconds over Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro teammate Rubens Barrichello to become the first three-time winner of this event since it came to Indianapolis in 2000. Takuma Sato of Lucky Strike BAR Honda earned his first career podium position by finishing third, 22 seconds behind Schumacher.
