    1st time winner @Bloomington Tonight

Well, it was his first win at Bloomington anyway. Josh Cunningham beat out Kevin Briscoe by maybe a foot (small size too) to win the 25 lapper at the Bloomington Speedway. 2 good guys run 1-2. Brad Sweet was 3rd, followed by Jon Stanbrough and Hunter Scheunberg, forgive the misspelling.

42 cars and the sprint feature was over at 10:40. That included a 20 minute session of fireworks, the real kind. 2 years ago my then 19 month old grandson was at Bloomington for the fireworks. As I recall he enjoyed the races more than the boomers.

Wanna know what's wrong with NASCAR? They've gone from Junior Johnson to Jimmie Johnson.

Wanna know what's wrong with IndyCar? It's gone from dirt ovals to street races.

It sounds like Bloomington has been pretty racy the last two weeks. Hope it continues, I'll be there next week.
