I don't know if 'hate' is the word. More like 'reality.' The NFC produced in its playoffs an 8-8 team and two 9-7 teams, one of which won their division.
And head to head, AFC wins 40-24. Bear's only 3 losses? AFC teams.
If Chicago wins the Super Bowl, it doesn't mean the NFC is better, only that they were better than the Colts on Feb. 4.

Oops, you guys are right. The Packers did beat them, so 2 of the 3 losses were AFC teams. That's what I get for trusting that part of the article.

Every time the Colts have been in the Super Bowl, it's been in Miami.

The same could be said about the Patriots, Dolphins, and Packers who were better than the Bears on select weekends......and of the previously mentioned teams, only one is playing......
Let's put this in racing terms: The Patriots and Dolphins are in the prototype class, and the Bears are in the GT class.
Just because the Bears won the GT class doesn't mean they are in the Colts' league. Could they win? Sure, if they play their very best game while the Colts struggle.
