    Hamilton's First Win (Vote)

OK, Lewis Hamilton has two second's and a third so far. It appears to be just be a matter of time before he wins his first race. Cast your vote for the race that you think he will get his first F1 victory. The winner will receive bragging rights for the remainder of the season.

    My vote is for Spain.

For the record, I never had a problem with CART in 1995. Its when they turned beligerant twards IMS and their fans for supporting the IRL that turned me off them.

I just can't see him going the whole year without a win, Cobain.

Tough question. He has tested well at Barcelona, but it is home track to Alonso, so I will go out on a limb and say he will win at Monaco...If not their then Canada...

Perfectly acceptable answer, but you will have to pick the exact race in the offseason to garner full bragging rights.

British GP. So perfect, someone will claim he go the "call".

This is a tough call to make. I'm starting to read stuff at grandprix.com and autosport that suggests Ferrari is about to make a real breakaway from the field. According to the former, they've picked up a half-second at the most recent Barcelona test.

If things stay as they are (but I don't think they will) - then I think Kurt Cobain is right on the money.

Monaco tends to flatter the young guys in qualifying. And if you get to Ste. Devote first, have the right pit strategy, and don't make a mistake - the race is pretty much yours.

Even if Ferrari is miles ahead by the time they get to Monaco, there's going to be a heck of a shootout between FA and LH there. Yes, Alonso won there last year but the McLaren was still the car to beat at that point of the season and Michael Schumacher shot himself in the foot with his qualifying shenanigans. Monaco is not Alonso's best track and we'd be wise not to forget that Hamilton beat the proverbial snot out of the GP2 field at Monaco last year.

OK, I picked Spain so I'm the first looser in this guessing game. Voting will be closed before the start of the Monaco race.

I'll say Monaco, but I'm hoping for Indy since that's the one I'll be attending.

I'm with Monaco as well. The kid's only win this year, unless they have a big rain some where. I'm thinking this kid will be really good in the wet too. I see lots more podiums for him this year.

    Monaco?

If I keep replying to this thread after every GP I'll eventually be right

It's safe to say that Ferrari didn't leave the field in the dust at Barcelona, as feared.

Hamilton definitely has a real shot to win at Monaco.

Don't be silly, his first win will only come when Massa. Kimi AND Alonso hit some kind of trouble all in the same race, either in Q or and the race. This kid though is pretty good, is not the next Senna by far.

Abbie, did you think Senna was the next Senna after four races?

TC, for me Senna was the bigest cheater f1 had ever known. I just said "the next Senna" because all you people, who don't know much about racing think that the guy was the best ever. Besides, he killed himself trying to get Schumi. The king is dead, long lives the king!

    How about that, Ferris!
