    My how time flies... (Railbird)

I was just reminded today that it has now been two years since John passed away.

If he can't be here with us, I am still glad we can remember him. I guess I need that from time to time

    YEP,
Met him one time to watch a race at bw3s in speedway. I think he had a son that went also. I could be wrong but that was when we first started these boards. He loved road racing I know that for sure. Thinking of that day I wonder if any of you know of a guy that went by MANSON on the boards. He joined us also. Heres to you Railbird and thanks for the memories.

Painted in my mind by Bird's own hand.
    He was well liked.

Ya think he's engaged in some "parlor talk" with the boys?

Naw..........but maybe doin' a little "bench racin' " with Tingelstad and Dick Rathmann! And the beer is always cold.

Hey 'Bird... as you can see, nothing has changed her. Howard is still stirring the pot, Defender is still trying to apply logic, Miles keeps writing better and better, and the rest of us still just **** and moan.

Hope you and Big Kenny (aka Heywood) are laughin' your asses off at the unintentional entertainment we're all providing you.

    Godspeed.
