    The Art of Adam Sandler

I noticed his latest work made a little money over the weekend while getting creamed by the critics, so I did a little Rotten tomatoes overview of his career:

    63% Reign Over Me
14% I Now Pronounce You Chuck And Larry
    30% The Longest Yard
    11% Deuce Bigalow
    44% 50 First Dates
    53% Spanglish
    43% Anger Management
    22% Mr. Deeds
    81% Punch-Drunk Love
13% Adam Sandler's Eight Crazy Nights
    23% Little Nicky Star
    32% Big Daddy Star
    55% The Wedding Singer
    20% Dirty Work
    30% The Waterboy
    56% Happy Gilmore
40% Billy Madison (added on edit)

I paid to see The Wedding Singer and Punch Drunk Love, but have managed to avoid the rest.

I have seen 8 of those. 2 in the theatre. Anger Management is my favorite.

50 First Dates wasn't so bad.

I love Kevin James, but so far the ratings for Chuck and Larry look very disappointing.

Very Good: Happy Gilmore (getting punked by Bob Barker makes this movie)

    Good: Bulletproof

Watchable: Waterboy, Billy Madison, Anger Management, Mr. Deeds & Little Nicky

IMO he's a hack and a total waste of an actor. His movies are all the same. He's too buy trying to prove to everybody he's a tough guy and the majority ain't buying it.

Punch Drunk Love was horrible. No idea why people liked that one.

Happy Gilmore and Wedding Singer were his two best.

Of course, I may have been swayed...

Any movie with Julie Bowen in lingerie is a movie worth seeing...

I don't think Sandler will be competing for an Oscar anytime soon.......

I thought Punch Drunk Love was worth seeing. Kinda quirky, but I thought he played the part well.

Classic, and Bob Barker still laughs about it today.

What about Click? I thought that was going to be a real groaner, but it turned out to be decent entertainment. Nothing spectacular but something you can sit down and watch and laugh a lot at.
